Amazing view of the volcano from the balcony/terrace. The restaurant serves delicious food, especially the sweet and sour chicken. The owners are very helpful and arrange everything for your needs.
Mornings can be a bit noisy due to the sounds of roosters, dogs, the mosque, and the school outside. The chairs in the restaurant make some noise when moved.

The view from our room on the top floor was stunning, especially with the volcano in the backdrop. We enjoyed sipping coffee on the small verandah, taking in the beautiful scenery. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for our trip. Additionally, the hot water shower was a welcome relief after a week of cold showers during our trip.
That the toilets didn't have nets on the windows, allowing insects to come in. This was a bit inconvenient and led to some surprising encounters during showers.

The family-owned hotel provides really good service, organizing trips and offering English communication skills. They even delivered a forgotten bag to us. The owner and his wife are genuinely lovely people, making the stay good. The guide provided by the hotel was knowledgeable and were really nice. The rooms are clean, with great views and a lovely shared patio. The food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced.
All was good.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a beautiful view from the big balcony. The breakfast options were delicious, especially the pancakes.
